Aadi Mehta is an undergraduate student at Louisiana State University with a passion for medicine, service, and helping others. As the grandson Chhotu Patel, Aadi was inspired by his grandfather’s compassion, kindness, and love for children. After witnessing the impact of cancer on his own family, Aadi became dedicated to carrying forward Chhotu’s legacy by creating hope and support for children and families affected by pediatric cancer. Through the Chhotu Patel Foundation, he strives to honor his grandfather’s memory by advancing awareness, supporting research, and working toward a future where every child has the opportunity to live a healthy and fulfilling life.

Mike Mehta is the President of Mehta Hospitality Corp, bringing years of executive leadership through the ownership and operation of premier global brands like IHG, Hilton, and Marriott. Alongside his corporate achievements, he has dedicated the last seven years to coaching youth basketball and football, mentoring the next generation in teamwork and discipline. Beyond business and athletics, his deepest pride lies in being the son of Chhotu Patel, whose enduring legacy is honored through a dedicated charity. This profound personal foundation drives his lifelong commitment to uplifting others, building success incrementally, and giving back to the community

Ravina Mehta is a Registered Nurse with over 25 years of experience in healthcare, having worked across hospitals, outpatient clinics, and procedural settings throughout the West Coast. She currently serves as an Emergency Room Nurse, providing care to patients in fast-paced and critical situations. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive experience in oncology nursing, caring for both adult and pediatric patients. Her oncology career included working alongside a leading pediatric oncologist in Orange County, where she gained valuable experience caring for children with cancer and their families.

Blake Richards founded Blake Richards Law LLC in Omaha, Nebraska in 2026, focusing his practice on commercial transactions, technology licensing, and outside general counsel work. Before starting his firm, he served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at HALO Networks, a national in-building cellular integrator. Blake brings a decade of nonprofit board experience to the Foundation, including service as President of the MAHA Music Festival and as a founding board member of the F3 Omaha Foundation. He earned his J.D. from Creighton University and his B.A. from Cornell College. Blake is a father of three daughters.

Chad is a partner at Hotelloans.com and Brightbox Capital and has been active in evaluating and financing commercial real estate transactions for over 8 years.  Chad started his career in lending in 2006 and had vast understanding of all aspects of real estate lending.  Chad has consulted or provided financing on over 450 commercial real estate transactions.

Mitesh “Tish” Patel is an entrepreneur, hotelier, and real estate investor with more than 20 years of experience in business ownership, hospitality, development, and management.

Beyond business, Mitesh is actively involved in industry and community leadership. He currently serves on the AAHOA Finance Committee, IHG Procurement Committee, Escambia County Tourist Development Council, and as Chairman of the Escambia County DMO. His past service includes AAHOA’s Independent Hotelier Committee and the boards of Visit Pensacola, Pensacola Sports, NEP, and the Gulf Coast Indian Association. In 2026, he was honored by AAHOA with the 2025 IAHA Independent Hotel of the Year Award.
